A 2025 film about servant hearted leadership

Service is central to each worth pupil’s journey at Worth and a strategic goal for the school is to raise up servant hearted leaders for society. But what does it mean to be a servant hearted leader? This new film helps to answer that question.

Social outreach coordinator Mr Chris Wyles met with two students, Anna Partyka and Louis Montagnon, to talk about their understanding of servant hearted leadership, how they have experienced it at Worth, how they embody servant leadership and how they have experienced community, which is something we talk a lot about at Worth.

Our students are inspiring in what they say, so please watch the film. You can start watching it and come back to it later if you like, but their comments right up until the end are extremely uplifting.
