Academic awards Lent 2025

Head of Middle School Mrs Sarah Flint spoke in the final assembly of the Lent Term about how the current Year 11 cohort have made great strides towards achieving the best grades they can in their GCSEs this summer and how the Easter holidays provide the opportunity for “a final push” for our students.

A number of awards were then presented by Head Master Mr Stuart McPherson to reflect particular academic progress during the term.

Mrs Flint said a mixture of hard work and a few days off during the next two weeks can make a big difference.

While wishing Year 11 and Year 13 the best for their summer examinations, Mr McPherson also used last Friday’s assembly to look back on a range of achievements in the final two weeks of the term including the Lord of the Flies Drama production, the Ensembles Concert and Tenebrae, an IB Art exhibition, a CAFOD football fundraiser and the performance of our boys and girls at the Rosslyn Park National Rugby Sevens.

Congratulations to all our students for all their achievements this term and we wish those sitting exams the best for what is ahead.

Here is a selection of pictures showing some, but not all, of the certificate winners.
