Another great science trip

The Year 8 Science pupils cohort enjoyed an inspiring and enriching visit to the Natural History Museum, named the UK’s most popular visitor attraction last year.

During the trip, the children worked through a structured question booklet designed to deepen their understanding of key science topics, including mineralogy, dinosaurs, adaptation, the structure of the Earth and mammals.

Engaging with a range of exhibits allowed them to see these concepts brought to life beyond the classroom, supporting and extending their learning in a meaningful and memorable way. They approached the activities with great enthusiasm, collaborating in teams and making the most of the opportunity to connect their studies with real-world scientific exploration.
