Another strong season for rugby boys

Here are our 1st XV rugby boys who enjoyed another good season, finishing particularly strongly with five wins from their last six games.

The boys finished the season with a record of six wins and one draw, having been affected by injuries in the first half of the Autumn Term.

This followed an excellent season in 2024-25 when a team containing two England U18 internationals won 13 of their 15 fixtures, drawing one, with their only defeat coming in the quarter-final of the National Vase.

Rugby has been an integral part of Worth since the establishment of the senior school in 1959. The School also benefits from a robust relationship with Premiership rugby powerhouse Harlequins as an esteemed partner.

Last week the boys lined up for their annual team photograph, which was also an opportunity to say farewell to Year 13 leavers.
