Worth’s Sixth Form continues to thrive in the sciences, with students embracing academic challenges at the highest level and our results in the 2025 Chemistry Olympiad were outstanding.
Last term, 15 ambitious students took on the prestigious Chemistry Olympiad, a rigorous three-hour exam set by the Royal Society of Chemistry to test the most able Sixth Form chemists.
Competing among 9,182 students from 782 schools nationwide, Worth’s entrants achieved four Silver and eight Bronze awards. Particularly impressive is the fact that nine of these students were from Year 12, demonstrating promising talent and a bright future for Chemistry at Worth.
Well done to all involved.
