Drama Awards Evening 2025

Our second annual red carpet Drama Awards Evening was a fabulous opportunity to celebrate another outstanding year for Drama at Worth.

During the past academic year, the School has put on three major productions with the Senior School production of Sister Act, the Middle School’s Lord of the Flies and the Junior School performance of Matilda the Musical.

Run in the style of the Olivier Awards, our special evening included the presentation of various awards to reflect the many superb performances in those three shows. There were also performances from Sister Act and Matilda, while former students returned to announce the winners.

Our special guest for the evening was professional actor Lizzie Bea, whose credits include performing as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray and Sister Mary Roberts in the West End revival of Sister Act last year.

The main prizes presented were the Lynch Cup (Chiara and Izzy), Singer of the Year (Jess), Technician of the Year (Ben), Young Performer of the Year (Coedy) and Outstanding Contribution (Molly). For each of the three shows, there were awards for Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Newcomer.

Congratulations to all our winners and all students who were involved in our productions this year, either performing or as part of the backstage team.
