Worth’s equestrian team performed superbly at the rearranged National Schools Equestrian Championships, coming third out of 55 schools in the 1m showjumping class and fifth in the Windsor 95cm Championships.
The Worth team had previously qualified for the national championships which were due to be held at Royal Windsor on 4 May, but the competition had to be postponed due to poor weather. It was rearranged to go ahead at Addington Manor Indoor Equestrian Centre, Buckinghamshire, during half term and all four of our girls performed exceptionally well. A special mention to Noomi who placed sixth overall.
Well done to the Worth team. The Worth equestrian team is open to any students wishing to join and numbers are increasing.
