Equestrian team qualifies for nationals again

Well done to the Worth equestrian team who performed extremely well at the National Schools NSEA Showjumping Qualifier at Felbridge last Sunday and have subsequently qualified for the national championships later this year.

The Worth team won the 1-1.05m discipline, with Grace placing third and Eliza seventh as individual competitors.

In the 90-95cm discipline, the team missed out on first place by under a second, with Noomi placing third and Eliza fifth as individual competitors. Congratulations also to Thea who came fifth in the 80cm discipline. This was Thea’s first competition for the School. All team members, including Sophia, contributed to this success.

As a result of this performance Worth has again qualified for the 27th annual NSEA National Schools Championships in Addington in October.
