German Language and Culture Club
Co-Curriculum
Extend your knowledge of the German language and culture, and become more confident in understanding and using the language along the way. This group will practise language in a more relaxed and in-depth way than is possible in lessons. It will raise confidence in German speaking but will also be an opportunity to find out about fun or interesting facts about the culture in German speaking countries, such as: What do Germans like to eat? How do they live? Why does the Octoberfest start in September? What is ‘Schlagobers’ and ‘Palatschinken’?
