Many congratulations to our U13 hockey girls who won Worth’s own hockey tournament involving seven other schools.
This tournament is an annual event at Worth and yesterday’s success is hugely encouraging for hockey at the School which is led by double Olympian, Mr Calum Giles.
The eight competing schools were split into two pools of four and Worth won all three of their pool fixtures before also winning in the semi-finals. The final itself against Brighton College Prep went to penalty shuffles which Worth won to finish as overall champions.
Well done to all girls in the squad.
