Students enjoy a wonderful trip to Borneo
A group of Year 12 students are enjoying an extraordinary trip with the Worth service expedition to Borneo.
After arriving in Kota Kinabalu, the group has been trekking through the jungle as well as helping out at the Don Bosco Children’s Home. Our pictures show the students on Mount Kinabalu, at the children’s home and walking through the ‘Lost Valley of the Cucumber’.
Every year at Worth students get the opportunity to go on a wide variety of trips, both residential and day trips, in the United Kingdom and abroad. Currently, the Worth rugby squad is on a tour to Canada and the USA, while trips towards the end of the academic year included a Year 10 trip to Valencia, a Year 9 day trip to Thorpe Park, Year 8 to the Mill on the Brue activity centre in Somerset and a Year 7 PGL trip to France.
