Worth School

All the information for job applications and vacancies.

With over 270 staff within the Worth community, we have a career for everyone and employ a range of individuals in a variety of roles within our Teaching and Support staff. We are also flexible on working arrangements and have staff working full, part and term time. We also engage the services of self-employed individuals and volunteers for specialist areas such as sports coaching or particular musical instruments.

Worth School is committed to safeguarding, safer recruitment and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at the risk of harm and expect all our employees and volunteers to share this commitment.

Our comprehensive recruitment and selection processes aim to discourage and screen out unsuitable applicants. Applicants must be willing to undergo appropriate rigorous pre-employment checks including detailed reference checks, a safeguarding interview and a criminal record check via the Disclosure Barring Service.

We are equally committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity. We aim for our workforce to be representative of society and that each employee feels respected and able to give their best. We are committed to providing equality and fairness in our recruitment and employment practices and not to discriminate on any grounds. We oppose all forms of unlawful and unfair discrimination.

Please note that due to safer recruitment, we are not able to accept a CV and all applications need to be via our online recruitment portal.

If you would like an informal and confidential discussion about our roles, please call us on 01342 710217. Alternatively, if you have any questions or need any assistance, please email recruitment@worth.org.uk and include the vacancy title in the subject line.
