Welcome Festival 2024

Our annual Welcome Festival was a lovely occasion and a great way to welcome new students and their families into the Worth community.

Organised in conjunction with Friends of Worth, our parent association, the event took place last Saturday on the Austin Oval and was a tremendous success despite unfavourable weather in the days leading up to it.

It was wonderful to see so many people in attendance, enjoying drama performances and music from our students, food stalls, mini golf, football darts, teachers and students in the stocks, House stalls and much more.

The day also included a range of Old Worthians sport, with alumni teams playing our 1st XI hockey girls and 1st VII netball team, while there was an older versus younger alumni rugby match. Pictures of the sport will be shared in the coming days.
