Winning delegation honoured

Students in our Model United Nations Society were presented with certificates in assembly this week to acknowledge their success at a recent MUN Conference.

Worth sent 17 students from Years 7 to 13 to the recent Reigate Grammar School MUN and we collected the award for ‘Best Delegation’.

In assembly on Monday, certificates were presented to members of the winning delegation.

MUN conferences are a simulation of the United Nations for pupils in schools and higher education. They provide a great opportunity to develop research skills and public speaking abilities.

In January, Worth will be hosting its first MUN Conference.
